All fixed up !

We got her computer fixed up and it's working so much better now . I still wish for a new laptop, but there's things that are way more important right now then a computer. I got the job and I start work on Wednesday ! I'm really excited. It's going to be a new adventure that's for sure , but I'm up for it. I still have mixed feelings about leaving baby Zo , but she'll be in good hands, so it's all good. Jessie is getting ready for school next week , grade 6 , my little baby boy is pretty much a teenager ! Zoé is walking everywhere , not even 9 months old and she's on the go , so proud of my babies. Friday night Davin and I went out for a date night and we had so much fun. We took my sister-in-laws mustang out ( thanks Colette ) and went for a ride, went out for dinner watch the sunset , so romantic :) WE're going to go out at least once a month , to gain our sanity back ! Today we're off to the corn festival and tomorrow we're having a little get together with our family for my birthday, going to be 30....Can't believe I made it that far !

And it happened to us. We won playing Super 7 on Friday night ! We were 2 numbers away from winning the million ! Oh well, maybe next time ! What are we going to do with our winnings? Finish  our bathroom reno and start on the kitchen ! We were going to do it in the next couple of months, but now since we got this lucky break it's going to be all done ! Besides that , pretty quiet. We're busy with football and running around. I'm still waiting for the results from my interview . But  I found out that the lady that did my interview was sick for the rest of the week last week. So , it might be a couple more days . Patience never killed anyone :) We had a nice weekend, we went over to my in-laws for a BBQ yesterday. My sister-in-law is going to work up in Atiokan for the next couple of months. So we had a nice get together. I fell in love with a new wine and I'll be going to the liquor store shortly to get myself some. In case I get the call ! Hate Computers !

 

I haven't been updated lots lately because our computer is on the fritz, I think. I called my internet provider today and the tech said that everything was fine at their end. Every time I get on the net, I get disconnected ! So, now I have to get the computer fix. Their's always something to be fixed . I'm still waiting for hear about the interview. I think that everything went well and I'm keeping my fingers cross. They say they would call either way on Friday. 2 more days of stress ! I went and got my physical done, needles and everything. I just have to go back tomorrow and get my results for my TB test. Jessie was chosen to be captain of the defense for his football team ! So proud, so was Davin . They both came home with a big smile on their face. Jessie is a very talented athlete , this being his 1st year ever to play football. Zoé is up to some new tricks, like throwing the dvd's and cd's on the ground, helping herself in the fridge...But who cares, she's cute !

Football season has now begun !

Oh and it's really exciting ! I love watching him tackle and doing the drills. I honestly get a tear in my eyes watching him and Davin has a great big smile on his face. Of course, Jessie is friends with one of the coach's son that is on his team and he came over last night and told us that Jessie has raw talent... Of course we knew , but it's nice when someone else tells you. He kicks butt at doing push ups also ! He put himself of a diet , no more pop for the little guy ! lol... Zoé is doing really good. She now has 4 teeth and I'm thinking will be walking before she's 10 months old ! It's so cute to watch her running around. She did walk 3 steps and then we screamed and that was it ! Don't worry Grandma , her little legs will be fine, I looked into it :) . I have a interview tomorrow at the day care at Jessie's school. I'm so excited and nervous at the same time , I really hope that I get it. So please , cross everything that you can cross tomorrow at 10:30 or just send me some positive energy ! Posting some pics of Jessie and his football practice and baby Zo and her new favorite hang out ! Of course with her best pal , Brutus !   

Back to the grind !

Well, we're home now and to be honest it's really bittersweet. It's nice to be in your house , although it was fun at my sister's. It's just really hard to leave your family .You'd think that it would be easier since it's been 15 years , but no... The kids make it harder, we're all so close to each other , but yet we all live so far...lol... Oh well, now looking forward to next summer when my sister and her family come to visit us !!!! We can't wait ! It was a great trip , we spent lots of family time. Davin and Jessie did lots of fishing , we went shopping it was just nice ! Now back to reality. Jessie starts football tonight ,Davin started working last night and he wasn't happy about it...lol... Mom is moved to Belle River and Jessie has been at her house since yesterday.
