We`re on Vacation

Everything is going great ! We`re having a great time. My girls are so big and CUTE!

Just wanted to say a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to everyone !! The next couple of days are busy busy busy !! So, we'll talk to you all later when we come back from Vacation !!! We're leaving on Monday ! Later !!

Last day of work !!!

I'm so happy that today is my last day of work !!! Not that I don't like my job, but it's always nice to go away. I have to work until 4 but I really don't care. Last night I went and try to finish some of my shopping but the rest of the stuff that I have to get is at Best Buy for Jessie. A couple of new PSP games to make sure that he's busy on the nice long 18 hour drive that we have to make in a couple of days... We did get him a couple of new DVD's also to watch on his portable dvd player ... No, the child is not spoiled at all !! Of to get ready for the last day atthe grind !

5 more days to go !

We have 5 more days to go and we're out of here !! Can't wait to go back home and see everyone !! I wish it we could leave tomorrow , but I still have to work !

We went to my work Christmas Party last night and we had a blast. They took us out to dinner at this great Italian restaurant where the plates are really expensive, but you really don't get much on it. I forgot my camera since we were running late ! We didn't get a bonus and I didn't expect one. We just opened a couple of months ago and to get a business going it's pretty expensive. But they did pay for dinner and I'm sure that it wasn't cheap !

Davin is working a 12 hour shift and then he's done work. Tomorrow we have to take the truck in for a tune up, Friday we have to take the truck in to Best Buy to get our Satellite radio install and finish some last minute shopping. Saturday we're having a Christmas party here, Sunday some more people are coming over. Monday morning we're going to Davin's parents for Christmas breakfast and we're on the road after that !!!! God, I'm going to sleep all the way up there !!! Can't , the signs are in french and Davin don't speak it...lol.... Anyways, have a good night , I'm off to clean the house ! Later !

Not long enough !

My weekend wasn't long enough at all. I just had yesterday off and we went to Chatham for the day. It was a really nice visit. Carrie and I went to the restaurant with the baby and hung out for a while. It was really nice to see my girls ! God I miss them !! We got home later then we expected so I didn't get to do the laundry.. So that's what I'm up to right now. We did watch Tallegeda Night and it was really funny. I love Will Ferrell. It a good comedy. Tomorrow night is our Christmas dinner for my work, I'll post some pics of that on Wednesday. Later !

Gift Wrapping.....

So, I just spend my whole Saturday morning wrapping gifts and I ain't done yet !! I still have at least 10 gifts to go and I ran out of tape !!!Go figure.. I don't care really , I was tired of it.

We finally found a good babysitter in town. Last night we tried her out so Davin and I could go finish our Christmas shopping and Jessie loved her. She's into sports alot, that's a good thing for Jessie. They had a great time. So she'll be babysitting on Tuesday since we have my work Christmas party. We're just going to dinner in Windsor. It should be nice, some big Italian restaurant. My boss's are Italian . Tomorrow we're going over to Jeff's and Carrie's. Theirs a big football game, Giants against the Eagles. Jeff is a Giants fan and we all know who Jessie likes. I'm sure that he'll be wearing his helmet to watch the game...lol...That's about it for me. I have to work tonight from 4-11pm... Hate working nights !

6 weird things about me

I got tagged by Natalie... I'm supposed to tag 3 others , but no one that I really know blogs, except Nat!!...lol.. So, if you read this, just take it !!!

1. I have an obsession with the show Friends. I have all the season and I watch them over and over again. Then when the show is on tv, I watch it also,sad...

2.I know all The Beatles song by heart... I mean all of them. I have read the books about them, watch movies about them and I own all the CD's. Except the new one, but it's on my Christmas list.

3.I'm a cheap shopper for myself. I have no problem going out and spending money on Jessie or others,but for myself, I will only buy clothes from the sales rack... I can't help myself.

4. I am petrified of roller-coasters. My friend Tammy and I went to Wonderland 2 summers ago and all I did was pretty screamed and close my eyes on every ride. I can't stand it !

5.I have to talk to my mom every day ! Right now, she's in Quebec and I feel lost !

6.I can't wear lipstick. If I do put it on, it comes off about 5 minutes later, I just don't like the feeling of it.I do wear lip gloss !

A Proud Mom

Jessie got student of the month !!!! Call me a loser I don't care, but I am sooooo proud of him !! After all , it is a new school and he's only been there a couple of months and to come home with that certificate ... it's the greatest. That boy amaze me every day !!! I think that I might have to frame that one...lol... ok maybe I'll just leave it on the fridge !!!

Early Christmas

Jessie's dad and step-mom ( Chris & Nat ) got Jessie his Philadelphia Eagles helmet. For the past 3 days I've been trying to catch the UPS guy. Finally today, I left him a note and a cheque and he left the parcel. Well, Jessie got home before me and saw his name on the box... I'm sure you can figure out the rest. At least he waited for me to get home before opening the box... It's all good, in a way I'm glad, cause that's all he's been talking about for the past 5 months...He's been staring at it for 30 minutes, he's soooooo happy ! There's a pic of him !!

A great weekend !

We had a great time this weekend. We went with Davin's parents and sister Colette to the Celebration of Lights on Saturday night. It's in Sarnia along the water. It was freezing but Jessie loved it ! Sunday we went to Bothwell and cut our own Christmas tree. It was Jessie's 1st experience cutting a tree and I think that we're going to make this a family tradition. Another day off work !

My boss called last night and she wants me to take today off work to make sure that my eye is OK. It's fine by me, but I like to work better. Since we're going on holidays in 2 weeks, I need the cash. I picked up an extra shift for next Saturday night. I hate working weekends , but it's a Christmas party and the place is going to be open just for them, it's all good. It's 15 people and I get to be by myself. My boss's have a Christmas party and no one else is available to work.

Since I'm off again today Carrie and I are going to Windsor to finish our shopping. We were going to go after I was done work, but now we have more time for shopping !!!!

This is why I have to take the day off work !

I guess that it doesn't look has bad has yesterday, but it hurts the same.The antibiotic drops that he gave me burn a little. But I look on the bottle and it says that it's supposed to do that. It means that it's working. Oh well, I get to stay home today and clean the house ! Great !!

Eye Update.

I had to work until 2:30 cause we were really busy. My boss didn't end up coming in until 12:30, so I decided to stay to finish my shift. So, I went to see the doctor after work and by the time I got there, my eye was really red and there was no way I could open it.I got some eye infection, don't ask me the name cause it's really long and I can't remember it.He gave me some drops.I hate putting stuff in my eyes , that's why I don't wear contacts. The doctor gave me a note to have the next couple of days off so I can start looking like a human...lol.. I don't like taking much time off work, so I'm just going to take tomorrow.

WT* is going on with my eye ????

I got up this morning and my eye is swollen shut !!!! FREAKY !!! I ain't because Davin was sleeping and punch me in his sleep or something cause he's on midnights, no scratch by an animal, cause we don't have any... I'm clueless ... Totally clueless ... I don't want to call my boss and have her work for me, they had a family reunion last night. So, I'll go to work and wait for her to call me or show up and then I'll go to the walk-in clinic... Let's pray to God that they won't send me to go see the Optometrist , cause thanks to the wonderful Government of Ontario, it cost $75 just for them to look at my freaking eye...I'll keep you posted ... Now, I get to go scare a whole bunch of old man cause I look like a freak !

It ain't so sweet on the beach today !

This is what is going on at my house right now and I think that it's here to stay... Can't really complain, I wanted snow, Christmas is coming ! Also, Jessie got his school pics , for those that it concern, you should be getting them in the mail in a couple of days ! He looks so handsome !!!!

It went by sooooooo fast !

I can't believe that it's already sunday night. It goes by way too fast. We had a good weekend , Mom came over and hung out with Jessie and I. Did a little bit of shopping here in town and watch some movies. We took Jessie to pick out his game yesterday ( report card reward ) , we went to 3 different store to find it. He got it, Madden 07. Him and his football obssesion ! His friend came over and hung out with him also for the day yesterday. Today, 2 of his buddys showed up here also. One of them lives down the street and Jessie told him to come over and play. So, they played on the beach , walked on some ice(according to them, it's great)played some PS2. Davin is having a nap , he has to be back at work tonight at 11 and I'm off to watch my french shows without being bother ! Later !

So glad it's over...

I got off work early today and I'm really happy about it. The place was dead all morning and I crush my finger on the sign. See , we have this sandwich board ( that's what they call it I think ?!?) that we put outside with our specials and stuff. The stupid thing was flying away and I went outside to catch it and my finger got stuck in the middle.... It REALLY hurts !!!! Call me a baby, I don't care . But that kind of pain goes right trough your body ! It's just like when you stub your toe on something, PAIN !!! Anyways, my finger is all blue and I'm typing with 1 less finger... I'll get over it !

Last night was teacher/parent interview. Everything is well and going great. I guess that Jessie has been taking care of a friend in is class. This friend of his was having problems with taking his homework home and getting the work done. So the teacher decided to ask Jessie to help him. I guess since Jessie has been helping him with his work, the friend has been doing great! I was so proud of him ! Now, if he could only help ME !!! ...lol.. I know that Christmas is coming , but we believe that he deserves a little something for doing so good. So, we're going to take him to the mall tomorrow.

That's about it for us. The weather sucks, Davin is gone to work and he has to work tomorrow night and Sunday during the day and then he has to go back in Sunday night for the midnight shift... Sucks big time ! What can u do ? For some reason , it looks like the world is buying Crown Royal , thirsty...Later !
