Love this time of the year !

We've had a beautiful with wonderful weather. We haven't done anything special, just hanging around the house and hung out together. Tonight , Jessie are I are going to Chatham for the night at mom's. Jessie miss grandma and I kinda of miss her to. I'll get to do a little shopping and some hanging out with Megan. Davin will get to have the house to himself. Jessie is all done baseball until the week after Easter and then they get to play outside . We've been practicing outside in the yard. Davin's birthday is next week and he has to work the afternoon shift, which sucks. We had plans to go out for dinner with his parents, but now I guess we'll have to do it some other time. Just posting a few pictures, Jessie playing baseball in the yard with Davin, my wonderful tulips that I planted when I moved in here and someone para-sailing on the lake. Have a great weekend !

The nice weather is here !!!!

Finally, the lake isn't frozen anymore, the bikes are out and so are the white legs... I am talking about myself. I am seriously thinking about taking a couple of tanning sessions.

We had a pretty quiet weekend around here. We did a little shopping on saturday. Of course, Jessie got a whole bunch of stuff. I love Old Navy. They have such nice clothes and the price is great. We had to get him new jeans, shirts, shoes, spring coat, the whole works. He grew a little! We watch a couple of movies, visit Carrie & Jeff and did some yard work and that's about it. Tonight is Jessie's last pitching practice and then next week they're going to start playing on the fields. That should be nice to watch ! Just posting a few pictures of the kitten and the nice view that we had at dinner.

Have I got a funny story for you !!!

My boss called last night and left me a very important message on the answering machine. We go to bed pretty early around here , since we all get up at 5:30 am. So anyways, he called and left a message saying that they had changed my code for the alarm system. I didn't get the message. Davin got up before me ( slept in until 6am this morning ) checked the answering machine and didn't tell me about the message. I'm sure you can figure out the rest of the story. I get to work , enter the code ( not the right one, it was changed, I didn't know ) it doesn't work. I enter it again, well their goes the siren and the whole works. I can use the phone, cause it blocks the phone line until the alarm company calls, so I get on my cell phone and call my boss. She was laughing her ass off, I didn't think it was funny at all... All this time, I had this picture in my head that I was going to be surrounded with cops .... Wait until Davin gets home tonight... I'm going to KILL him ...lmao

He's back !

Jessie is back and it feels good. Let's just say that last week was kind of boring. I woke up Saturday morning and Davin was screaming Jessie's name in the house. He said that he was practicing for Sunday. Now, we're back to our routine and never though I would say that, but I like the routine. Dynamite was all over Jessie when he got home. Jessie had a good time , which is great. The drive to Kitchener to pick him up was good, but finding the place in Kitchener wasn't fun at all. We got there early enough , but then we got lost. Neither of us had ever been to that town before. Eventually we stopped at a Gas Station and they helped us out. That's about it for me. Now, cleaning and laundry...

Quiet week

Since it's just Davin and I around here , there's really not much going on. We went to the movies the other night to see Zodiac. I loved it. It's 3 hours long and some of the scenes are kind of sick, but it's a true story and those are my favorite movies. We watch School for Scoundrels last night with Billy Bob Thornton and didn't care too much for it. I still think that Sling Blade was his best performance ever.Tonight we're going out for dinner at Red Lobsters and tomorrow night we're going to the Casino in Windsor. I've never been. Hopefully I'll have has much luck has my grandma, she won a couple of times last week. That's about it for us. The weather is back to winter, there was snow on the ground when I was walking to work this morning and they say that it's not going to get much better for the weekend. I just hope it's nice on sunday, we get Jessie back ! We're going to pick him up in Kitchener. Now, off to get ready for dinner. I'll let you know if I hit the jackpot !!!

All by ourself's....

And it's way too quiet. Jessie left to go visit his dad on saturday and last night we were both sitting around the house talking about him. It's too quiet for us, not liking it at all. Tonight is probably going to be the same thing. You would think that since we don't have Jessie we would be out doing stuff, but we both have to be up at 5:30 am for work , so we're going to take it easy. I was in Chatham for the weekend and had a good time. I worked a couple of hours at the restaurant since they were short a girl and it was fun ! I was a little rusty at 1st and then it got better. Jessie got his report card today and has always it's great... All A's and B's.Really proud of him, he even got an A+ in math , awesome !!! Now I have a feeling that this report card is going to cost us some kind of surprise !!!! Now, back to packing everyone since we're all leaving tomorrow !! Later !!!

No title, nothing going on !

Well, it just seems like their's nothing going on at all. Davin is still working the afternoon shift , sucks, Jessie is working hard at school and work is pretty much the same. The only thing is that I got a Coop student that comes in every day .It's pretty nice for me , I got someone to talk to. Jessie is getting is report card tomorrow, I'm sure it's going to be fine. He's started to play the flute for music class and he hates it with a passion !!! I played it also when I was his aged and I loved it, but then again , I'm a girl. I don't remember alot of boys liking it either . He's still working hard at baseball, he did make the decision not to go for the travel team. It's at least 5 nights a week and with him going to visit his dad in the summer, it's too complicated. If he gets a starting position , then the team is pretty much out of luck. He's going to play on the home team instead. It's fine with us, whatever he decide we're behind him 100% ! He's got football also and I don't want to become one of those parents that goes nuts over their kids sports. I just want him to have fun and meet new people. Well, that's about it... Pretty borring ?!!?

It's A BOY !
Well, Megan and Aaron are going to have a little boy in July.They already have a great little guy, Michael ! She went for her ultrasound today and I guess the little guy wasn't shy at all... Must get that from his dad, right Aaron ?! ...lol... I'm really happy for them. Now, I have to start planning the baby shower with Tonya, that should be fun. We're thinking of having it in May sometimes. Not sure on the date. Poor Megan, she's going to be living in a house overruled by boys ! I'm living it right now, sports, sports sports !! Have fun Megan !!!

Besides that , nothing much. The weather is shitty , freezing rain and the whole works. Davin is still on the afternoon shift and it sucks ! Jessie will be going to visit his dad for march break, Davin is going to North Bay ice fishing for the weekend and I'll be going to Chatham for a couple of days. I'm not staying here alone, boring !!! That's it for now ! U have a good one !!
