Science Fair

 

Jessie had his Science Fair tonight and we all went to check it out. It was fun, Jessie was all proud, showing off his little sister ! His teacher told us that he talks about Zoé  all the time. She also said that if our daughter is has good and nice has our boy , we're lucky parents :) We didn't need her to tell us, we know we're blessed. But it's still nice when someone tell's you that you child is awesome :) ...lol... Tomorrow he has a baseball practice at 6pm, not sure if me and the baby will be going, but Dav will be. Tomorrow is Davin's last day of work and then he's on vacation for the next week. He's pretty excited, Dad should be here Saturday night or Sunday during the day. Oh and since I'm in the New Kids on the Block fan club, I got an email this morning and they'll be in Toronto in September. Carrie and I are thinking about going. I'm just hoping that the prices of the tickets aren't that expensive. Cause I ain' t paying $100 to see them and Carrie neither. So, we'll have to wait for the 12th of may to find out ! Zoé and I have been hanging around the house since the weather isn't the nicest . It's so windy , I really don't want to take her anywhere in the stroller. She's already had one ear infection , we don't want another. We're getting for my dad's and his girlfriends visit next week ! We can't wait, Jessie is sooo excited ! Not sure if he's going to be here Saturday or Sunday , but Jessie is really hoping for Saturday . It's his 11th b-day, opening day for Baseball and we're having a little get together for it . I still haven't gotten Zoé's shirt, so hopefully by Friday ! That's about it, off to do some cleaning. Tomorrow we have Jessie's Science Fair, Thursday baseball and Friday it's shopping day for us :)   She loves her big bro :)

Is it Sunday ?

Two days isn't enough for a weekend. I believe that the work week should be 2 days and the weekend 5...lol... I'm talking for Davin , there's never enough time for him to do what he has to get down around the house. He's outside right now cutting the grass and Jessie is watching him, waiting patiently to play catch ! Yesterday Jessie had a baseball game in the morning and they won and he had his training camp in the afternoon and he said that it was long ! lol.. He learned a lot of basics , wich he says that he already knew ! Zoé and I went to check it out for a while , but it was so windy that we came back home after an hour. My in-laws stopped by last night we had a nice visit and zome strong Coffee's with Kalua in them...lol.. They weren't strong for me and Nancy , but they were for Davin...lol.. This morning we went to Windsor and back to get Zoé some new bottles since  hers were recalled. At least Walmart gave us our money back ! So, we got her some new bottles , baby food , cookies a new hat and Jessie some socks ! It's his b-day next weekend and he picked out his bike that he wants ,so Davin and I will go and get it for him on Friday  since Davin is going to be on Vacation has of  Thursday 3:30pm !!! My dad will be down next weekend and then we'll have the whole week to hang out. This week looks busy again ! Oh well, at least we're staying out of trouble !lol... Later !

Baseball Weekend !

Jessie & Davin are at baseball right now. Jessie has a practice game. Zoé and I stayed home , she's having a little nap right now and I'll be cleaning ! Fun fun fun for Mommy :) This afternoon is the Blue Jays camp, we'll all be going to that to check it out, Jessie is really pumped ! That's about is really ! Davin and I were just talking and we can't believe how time flies by when you have kids. Jessie is going to be 11 next weekend and I'm in total denial ! He's only got 2 months left of school and then off for the summer and then grade 6 ! I still remember the 1st day of school !!! This morning Zoé and Jessie were playing the living room and she tried a new stunt .... Also, posting a few pics of the park from the other night. Has you can see , Jessie picked his clothes out that day and went out looking like a pumpkin !...

 

Baseball time

Last night was Jessie's 1st game of the season. It didn't count, it was a practice game they WON ! Jessie and his friend Vince were so happy. The team they played against was one of the best last season and I guess the boys still had a bone to pick with them...lol.. We tried to explain to Jessie that it wasn't the same players, but it didn't matter to him , it was still the same coach ! They still haven't gotten their shirts for this season, so he wore the one from last year. We had a great time, Davin loves it and Zoé was talking the whole time ...lol.. She had a great time sucking up to her daddy :) Next one is on Saturday, they were supposed to have one tonight ( practice ) but they did soooo good that coach gave them a break. Saturday will be busy for him, practice from 9-11 and then training camp with the Toronto Blue Jays from 12-4 . That should be fun ! I got Zoé a shirt made with the league logo on it , she should have it by opening day . That's going to be soooo cute ! Jessie said that the reason why he did so good, is because Zozo was there, so I guess she'll be going to the games. Well, off to enjoy my coffee, baby is having a power nap and then we have some running around to do ! Later !

that it won't rain tonight or today ! Jessie has his 1st baseball game tonight and Zoé and I are supposed to go to a mommy & me group this afternoon. And if it's raining, neither is going to happen .... Or course, every time I plan something, rain has to show up ! Not much else going on, Zoé was up a 5:30 am this morning, she wanted to see Dad before he went to work !...lol... I'm sure she'll be having a nice long nap this morning. Well, posting a few pics from the other night at the park and this morning ! I also took a pic with the other camera yesterday , well cause she was just tooooo darn cute :)

We went to the park last night and to our favorite Ice Cream Shop last night and to the park, I took some pics... But I forgot our camera in our truck ! Oh ,well, I'll post them tonight ! Zoé and I are probably going on our walk around town . Yesterday we were gone for almost 2 hours. We took Brutus with us and I thought that he was going to die of a heart attack...lol Poor baby Brut :) Davin's union is trying to get rid of the afternoon shift for the summer and we're really hoping that it goes trough . That means, he would only be working days or midnights this summer. Jessie is happy , that means that he won't be missing any of his baseball games and same when Football starts. Jessie has a game tomorrow night , a practice Thursday another one Saturday and his training camp with the Blue Jays , Saturday afternoon !!! It's all right , he loves it ! His B-day is fast approaching, but we're just having the fam over. Since his b-day is on opening day . My dad should be down that dy also , can't wait !!!!!!!! Well , got to go , princess is calling !!!

Back to the grind ! For Davin and Jessie that is ! We had a great weekend , has per usual . Saturday we went in to Windsor to get some running around done , I had heard about this store and it was worth the trip there. I got Zoé some new shoes and some new toys. The shoes still had the price tag on them from their regular store. She also picked out a couple of new toys . Jessie got himself a game at EB Games and some new batting gloves at Walmart. It has to be the worst Walmart of them all. We haven't been there in a long time, we've been going to the one in Chatham and trust me , I won't be going back to the one in Windsor. It's messy, the service is no good, their isn't that much choice, don't like it. Everytime we go in there, it's sooooooo busy , you can't even walk trough an aisle. Saturday night Jessie had a sleep over at his friends house on our street and Davin and I watched Walk Hard and we understand why the critics were so hard on it. I am definitely not buying this one . That's 2 hours of my life that I'll never get back .... Yesterday we cleaned and cleaned some more , played some catch and had a couple of Dav's friends come over . All in all , it was a great weekend . I got Zoé eating Kraft Dinner for the 1st time ...lol... We were having lunch and she wanted to try it...

Oh , So Sleepy !

  

I think that we all need about a week of sleep around here. Well, except for Jessie. Miss Zoé decided that it was party time last night and didn't go to bed until 9 PM. It's no usual for her, she's usually out by 7:30 and up at 6:30. I thought that she would sleep in since she went to bed late , but I guess it don't matter to her. She was up at 6am ! I can't wait for those teeth to come out !

Jessie had his 1st baseball practice on Thursday and it went very well. He really likes his coach and his teammates. It's a good thing. He's gotten so good , he amazes me. And it's only his second year. Wednesday was also the 1st night that I wasn't home to give Zoé a bath. Dad stayed home with her and I got to hand with the ladies. He didn't want to come cause he said that all we were going to do what gossip !!! lol... I had a good time and Dad did a GREAT job with the baby.

Not much on the schedual this weekend. Yard cleaning and checking out the yard sales. I got an offer for Jessie's bike, so I really hope that it comes trough ! Have a great weekend !

Sick

   

I got a really bad cold and I can't wait until it goes away ! It started on Tuesday night and it's just been downhill ever since. All me and Zoé did yesterday was going from the couch to the bed . When she slept , I slept .I'm feeling a bit better today , but my nose is still really runny. I hope I feel better tonight , since it's Jessie's 1st practice outside and I really don't want to miss it. Back to my couch I go . Just posting a few pics of the kids. They were playing outside last night ( Dav & Jessie ) and I figured that I could use some fresh air, so took the exersaucer out and Zoé had a good time. Later ! 

Wake up call !

 

She was up this morning , I would say a little earlier then 5 am and she was talking. The past 2 nights have been busy. Zoé is having problems sleeping and we're having some also...lol.. I can't wait until those teeth come out. She's been such a good sleeper since she's been born , we've been spoiled :) . She just had her breakfast and now she's back to bed. Wich is were I'm going in a few minutes. Jessie is off to school and Dav is at work. I've got some house cleaning to do , but I'll be doing that later. Jessie's baseball coach called last night and he has his 1st regular practice with his team on Thursday  ! He can't wait and we're pretty excited also. I'm getting Zoé a shirt made so she can cheer on her brother ! I know, we're kind of geeky, but whatever . We were outside playing last night and I found something in the truck when we got out there .... Off to bed for a little nap ... Soooo tired !

Rain Rain Go Away !

Well, the weekend is coming to an end and we had a quiet one . Davin and my father-in-law when to pick up our new dishwasher yesterday. Well, it's not new , but it's new to us :) I love it , no more dishes ever !  My in-laws came over and visit for a little while , that was nice and then we just hung out. Jessie and I watched Reign Over Me. We both like Adam Sandler, but I like it better when he does a comedy . Today looks like we'll be staying in. It's raining , windy and cold. We'll probably be playing some board games . Off to have a nice cup of coffee, Zozo is napping ! Poor thing had a hard time sleeping last night, her teeth are really bothering her :(
