Yesterday we went to Colasantis for the afternoon. It's was fun, we haven't been there in a long time.We got to see 2 turtles getting personal, if you know what I mean... Interesting...lol.. Today is pretty quiet, grocery's , baseball try-outs again this afternoon and we might go to the movies tonight to see Norbit if the weather gets better. It's freezing rain right now , crap !
Thursday, my best friend Carrie came over with her little boy , he is so cute. I spend 4 hours holding him and playing with him. I'm just posting a few pictures . He's going to be 5 months on the 27Th.
Besides that not much going on. We have a day planned at Colasantis this afternoon with Jessie, should be fun. Tomorrow afternoon , more baseball and that's about it. We can't really take off on Sunday's anymore, since Jessie has try-outs again. It's all good. Well, have a good weekend !
Jessie came home from school today and he told me that he was giving up talking to me about sports for the lent... That lasted about 2 minutes and then he was on again... I'm glad he has found this new interest, it's good for him. But living with 2 boys who are both sports fanatic can drive a girl crazy !!...lol.. I'm getting used to it, I just blocked them off, pretend that I'm listening..lol
Pretty quiet around here. Davin is on afternoons again this week and I'm starting to get tired of that shift. I work during the day , I get home around 2:15 and he leaves at 2:30. So, I see him a great total of 30 minutes a day and it sucks! Jessie is great to hang out with , but has he says , I ain't that good at pitching the ball for him to practice...lol.. The don't have team practice until Sunday now, since theirs a school dance on Friday night and No Jessie ain't going ! They don't start them until grade 5, which is fine by me.. I'm NOT looking forward to drop him off for the 1st time...
Well, I'm off to go get us some dinner. Since it's Ash Wednesday and not supposed to eat meat, Sushi it is... Love that stuff !!! Later !
Jessie did really well yesterday and we should find out in 2 weeks if he made the travelling team. If not, their's 4 house teams, wich means that every kid gets to play no matter what. I really enjoy watching him practice, it was nice to see him into something. See, my son used to be a playstation fanatic, but the past couple of months, he's been trying different things. It's great for him. Now, there's football sign up the 1st week of april and he has a football training camp the last weekend of April. That's what our weekends are going to be now, sports.. It's all good, I love it !
Aren't they cute?!..lol.. Ok, maybe I'm a little bit obsess with them, but I just love watching them grow. Ok, today is baseball travel team try-outs... Light up a candle, think about Jessie from 12-2, just sent him good thoughts ! He really wants this... And we do also, we spend a fortune on the equipment that he needs !
It's Friday , it's payday, it's a great day ! I'm just so happy that the weekend is finally here , this week seemed really long for some reason. Maybe it's because I was sick for most of it. Now ,we have a nice relaxing weekend ahead.
Jessie is starting to play baseball tonight. They have a league of inside baseball at school and he decided to give it a try. The practice are every friday night from 7:30-9 and they also have a travel team and Jessie wants to try out for it. Davin is all excited. See, Davin played baseball for many years when he was about Jessie's age until 2 years ago. He was always trying to get Jessie into baseball and he never wanted to. But since his best friend is playing and his best friends dad is the coach , he figured that he would give it a try. It's good for him anyways. His friends parents are picking him up tonight at 6pm since Davin is working afternoons. Sunday he has a travel team try out at 12:00pm. I'll be going to see that ! Have a good weekend everyone !
My wonderful son Jessie is a little bit obsess with animals. If I would let him, we would have one of everything. For now ,we'll settle for a cat. Has you all know by now, we're keeping the one cat ( Dynamite) and Jessie is all over him every day ! It's all good, he's taking good care of them.
Besides that nothing much going on today... Aerosmith is playing this summer in Sarnia at Bayfest and we're hoping to get tickets. It's Davin's favorite band. He has every single CD of them , the books and the box set. A little bit of an obsession, I would say so. I have no room to talk, I'm a Beatles freak. Unfortunately, I'm never going to see them in concert...

I got a nice bouquet of red roses delivered to me at work this morning. I didn't want anything, but Davin figured that he was going to be safe and buy me something anyways ... I love them !
Has for the weather , well it sucks ! When I got up this morning at 5:30, the furnace wasn't working , again... We got a hold of the landlord bright and early and now it's all good. For how long , who knows ! Jessie didn't have school today so he hung out with Davin. Since Davin has to work tonight, Jessie is cooking me dinner. On the menu, pasta... I'll let you know how that turns out !
Well, it's here and it's making sure that we know it's here ... Blizzard , a really bad one . I think it's even worst on the lake, actually , it is worst on the lake ... I feel like Dorothy ! To top it off, Davin is working afternoon shift and he has to drive home from work at midnight. He works about 30 minutes away from here , I hope that everything will be alright.. I hate winter .. Well, we've all been sick since friday. Jessie and I went to Chatham for the night but we came back saturday since I was feeling really bad. I hate winter. Jessie is feeling better but Davin and I are really feeling like crap ! I got send home early from work today cause I was sneezing too much , but Davin is working afternoons. I have a feeling that he's going to be back early. Now, I'm going back to lay on the couch and eating some soup.

Since today is a PA day, my boss gave me a day off so I didn't have to pay for a sitter. Wich is really nice of them, not all the boss's would do that. This afternoon, Jessie and I are going away until tomorrow night. Megan is coming to pick us up and we're going to hang out in Chatham for the night. Me , Megan and Tonya are going to Bingo tonight , I haven't been in so long, maybe I'll actually have some luck. The last time that I went was almost 2 years ago and Carrie and I had won a Bingo Dabber and $17 ! Jessie will be hanging out with Uncle Aaron and Michael for the night. It should be fun. I haven't hung out with the girls for a while now .
In other news, the pipes in my house are frozen !!! How great is that !! Since we live by the water , I guess it's common. To me it's total bull**** ! The landlord is coming this morning to fix everything. The worst part is that the only pipes that are frozen are the ones in the kitchen, wich means I've been doing dishes in the bathroom, lots of fun !! By the time we move out of this house, everything that you think can go wrong with it did. We're still looking to buy, but we're definetly going to wait for our income tax, that means we'll have more $$$$. More $$$ is better then not enough ! Hopefully, by the begining of the summer will be out of here !!! That's about it for us, have a good weekend !
I've got some news !! Ozzfest is given away their tickets for free this year !!!! I can't wait. I've been going to Ozzfest pretty much any summer that I can go or any summer that anyone will come with me. See, Ozzfest is not for everyone, you have to like loud music, I mean really loud music. Me , Davin, Tonya and Jeff went last year and it was the greatest, even if I passed out from the heat ( really hot and I didn't drink enough water and I got a major sun burn !) , so this year I'll be going back. Anyways, I just thought that I would share the news with everyone that the tickets are free. They haven't decided with band will be on the tour or when the dates, but all that information should be on their website sometimes at the end of April. But Ozzy will be playing , and I can't wait to see the Prince of Darkness !!!

We had a great time on sunday. Alot of people came over , there was alot of food and the Colts won !!! Just like I had predicted. I'm telling you, I'm becoming a real sports fan ! lol... Yeah right ! We'll do it again next year, Davin and Jessie love it , so it was all worth it. I just though about something. When you know you have people coming over, you always clean your house top to bottom and then when people leave, you do the same all over again ! Why is that ? Their's a few pictures from the party, I didn't take that many, I was busy talking with the girls ! I did enjoy the half-time show... Purple rain was the greatest !
This weekend is the weekend that my boys have been waiting for , it's the weekend of them all... For me, it means that I won't have to watch football for the next couple of months. Although, I'm kinda of liking the game now. I guess it kinda grows on you after a while. Since Jessie will be playing in a league in the next couple of months, I have to like it a little.
So, sunday is the big day. Tomorrow, we have to get to Cosco so we can get some supplies to cook everything that Davin and Jessie want. But in all, it should be fun. Their should be about 20 of us here on sunday and I made sure that I had monday morning off.
I wonder who's going to win ?? Jessie is saying the Colts and Davin is saying the Bears. I did a little pool myself with my customers at the Cafe and their going with the Bears also. Who do you think is going to win ? I shall post some pics of the party monday ! Have a good weekend !
Our cat Dolly had her kittens last night. Honestly, we just discovered a couple of weeks ago that she was pregnant ... She's just so furry, that we didn't even see it coming. We decided to keep the black one and we're naming him Dynamite. We figure that he'll probably be jumping around like Dynamite eventually... lol. My mom is taking one and she decided to name him Carrot and there's one more that doesn't have a home yet. Davin got to witness the birth when he came home last night. Dolly is an outside cat, but we when realize that she was pregnant, we started to bring her in the house at night and put her in the laundry room.
